📋 Description

• Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure • Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction • Drive cost optimisation and performance improvements • Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices • Lead post-incident reviews and systemic improvements • Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy • Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance • Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability • Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering • Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise • Strong Infrastructure as Code experience • Proven ownership of complex, production systems • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability • Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions • Kubernetes and container platforms at scale (strong signals) • Experience with high-availability SaaS products (strong signals) • Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) (strong signals) • Experience mentoring engineers and shaping practices (strong signals)
