📋 Description

• You are responsible for the strategic conception and further development of UGC and social media strategies for complex clients • You oversee project management at a senior level and are accountable for the quality and goal achievement of all measures • You develop data-driven, platform-specific strategies with a clear focus on performance and business impact • You lead editorial and campaign planning and manage their implementation across teams • You analyze cross-channel performance, derive strategic recommendations, and present results to clients • You oversee creator and influencer collaborations at a strategic level and develop scalable approaches • You are responsible for overall planning and quality assurance of productions and shoots • You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders and optimize processes and collaboration • You actively support pitches and the sales team with strategic and conceptual input • You provide mentoring and functional leadership within the team and help develop team members

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 4–6 years of experience in project or account management within social media, ideally with agency experience • You are passionate about social media outcomes as well as sourcing and communicating with creators and influencers • You are highly familiar with post and ad formats across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest) • You have managed clients from various industries and of different sizes • Your outstanding presentation skills convince both internal and external stakeholders • You are comfortable in front of the camera and have produced your own content • You work solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and independently • Ideally, you are willing to travel occasionally during the year to accompany shoots • Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2), both written and spoken
