📋 Description

• Deliver **monthly hands-on workshops** for Salesforce developers and architects • Train teams on **Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices** • Support the design and build of **real-world AI use cases**, including: • - AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) agents • - Customer Service / Support agents • - Onboarding and operations agents • Guide teams on **prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows** • Provide **advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments** • Review and improve **existing implementations and use cases** • Help define **internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices**

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working with **Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents)** • Demonstrated experience **building multiple AI agents end-to-end** • Strong background as a **Salesforce Consultant / Architect** • Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as: • - Sales automation / SDR agents • - Customer service automation • - Workflow automation using AI • Deep understanding of: • - Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) • - AI-driven workflows and automation • - Prompt engineering and agent orchestration • Ability to **train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly**
