• Implementar, administrar y dar soporte a soluciones basadas en IBM Netcool • Diseñar y mantener integraciones de eventos de punta a punta • Desarrollar y ajustar reglas de procesamiento y correlación • Automatizar workflows para mejorar la eficiencia operativa • Resolver incidentes complejos y realizar troubleshooting técnico sobre plataformas críticas • Colaborar en la optimización del rendimiento y estabilidad del entorno de monitoreo • Acompañar iniciativas de mejora continua en contextos de alta exigencia operativa
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia comprobable en IBM Netcool Operations Insight (NOI) • Conocimientos sólidos en OMNIbus, Impact e ITNM • Experiencia en implementación y operación de soluciones IBM Netcool • Manejo de correlación y gestión de eventos en entornos de misión crítica • Desarrollo y mantenimiento de reglas en: -> Probe Rules -> IPL -> JavaScript • Experiencia en integraciones end-to-end de eventos y automatización de procesos • Consumo de APIs • Manejo de bases de datos SQL • Capacidad de troubleshooting avanzado en ambientes de alta escala
