📋 Description

• Gradual involvement in the day-to-day operations of influencer campaigns, sales, and client management • Taking responsibility for your own campaigns and clients • Supporting projects from initial coordination through implementation • Proactively reaching out to brands • Pitching suitable influencers and collaboration concepts • Conducting email and Zoom calls with clients and influencers • Negotiating pricing, deliverables, and terms • Coordinating and managing collaborations between brands and influencers • Working in sales and maintaining projects systematically in the CRM system • Managing social media as part of campaigns, including content creation, giveaways, and coordination • Organizing and documenting projects using a range of tools • Analyzing and evaluating campaign performance

• Genuine interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital business models • Enjoyment of communication, sales, and working with people • Motivation for personal and professional development • Independent and structured approach to work • Reliability, commitment, and an open-minded personality • Willingness to play an active role and take on responsibility • Basic English skills for communication with international partners • Previous experience in marketing, influencer marketing, or sales is an advantage but not required • Willingness to learn and familiarize yourself with new topics • Available to start immediately • 40 hours per week
