📋 Description

• Explore platform content to identify videos with strong potential for external distribution • Refine video selection criteria based on performance • Cut footage, improve pacing, add branding and calls to action, and adapt videos to platform formats and audiences • Create titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tracking links • Test approaches to improve visibility and click-through rates • Verify and document creator consent and redistribution rights in coordination with Legal • Publish videos on tube sites and relevant third-party platforms • Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and organized accounts and content • Track views, engagement, and registrations with analyst support • Improve content selection, editing, and distribution using performance insights • Find additional platforms and test new video formats and publication approaches • Propose original-content ideas and collaborate with creators on exclusive videos • Run paid promotion tests, purchase placements within agreed budgets, and evaluate results with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content management, video production, or content distribution • Hands-on video editing skills; ability to independently turn source footage into a publishable video • Good judgment in selecting engaging footage and creating effective titles and thumbnails • Understanding of how content can drive traffic and attract new users • Ability to use performance data to improve work • Strong English communication skills, written and spoken • Ability to work independently, manage a regular publishing schedule, and meet deadlines • Access to reliable high-speed internet • Experience uploading and optimizing videos for tube platforms (a plus) • Familiarity with video SEO, platform discovery, and audience behavior (a plus) • Experience with paid promotion, advertising placements, or media buying (a plus) • Experience developing original content and working with creators or models (a plus) • Availability for collaboration during European working hours (a plus)
