📋 Description

• Administer compensation systems, databases, tools, access, documentation, and data updates • Prepare, analyze, and audit compensation and benefits data, reports, and dashboards • Support annual merit, base pay, and bonus processes, ensuring alignment with policy • Partner with global HR teams, Finance, IT, HRIS, Internal Audit, and external vendors • Participate in compensation surveys, job matching, market analysis, and pay range reviews • Support job evaluation, grading, and related documentation • Ensure SAP, Reward, MySuccess, and related systems meet compensation and benefits process needs • Support system testing, implementation, process documentation, and user guidance • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize compensation and benefits processes • Provide analysis and recommendations to support reward-related business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field • Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, reward, or an analytical role with strong data focus • Fluent English language knowledge • Strong skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and working with complex datasets • Good understanding of compensation processes, benefits, job evaluation, grading, and organizational structures • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with HR systems such as SAP, MySuccess, Reward, or similar • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills • High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline • Ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Experience with compensation surveys, market data, process improvement, or benefits plans would be an advantage
