📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers • Present and promote products and services • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally • Stay current with product knowledge, promotions, and training • Follow scripts, policies, procedures, and available resources • Escalate complex issues when necessary • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements • Support outbound sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients • Engage existing and potential customers, drive revenue through consultative selling, and build relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous call center experience • Work from home experience • Strong command of the English language • High language proficiency in English • Typing speed of 20+ WPM • High-speed internet connection • Appropriate, quiet work environment • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with Windows operating systems • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up • Must reside within 80km of the office • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening • Completion of a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test
