📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards • Work with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and accountability • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular status reports • Communicate project updates, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management • Manage project documentation, maintain records, and ensure compliance with organizational standards • Resolve conflicts and obstacles that may impact project delivery • Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement • Allocate resources effectively and manage competing priorities across multiple projects • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in project management or a related field • Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and controlling project costs • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar tools) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), or Agile certification • Preferred: Experience working in international or multicultural environments • Preferred: Familiarity with European project management standards and practices
