📋 Description
• Provide technical support and demonstrations for Mecademic's robotic solutions in the ASEAN region • Work closely with engineers, developers, and integrators • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues related to product functionality and integration • Create and document proof-of-concept (PoC) projects • Provide expert guidance and direction on robotics technology
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Robotics Engineering • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within robotics or automation • Fluency in English is required • Fluency in Malay, Vietnamese, or Mandarin is a significant advantage for customer communication
