📋 Description

• Lead automation projects and develop UiPath automation solutions in accordance with architecture, standards, and best practices • Automate business requirements using RPA by creating tasks, schedules, and managing RPA bots • Design automation solutions and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery and ongoing deliverables in line with SLAs • Collaborate with business managers, process owners, IT, end-users, and other team members to analyze requirements and design automations • Translate workflow diagrams and business processes into automated solutions • Refine proprietary task management tools used to launch bots • Define new RPA use cases with end-users • Design quality control policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent RPA jobs • Lead technology demonstrations for sales and client update presentations • Build the RPA development team framework, including policy and process documentation • Communicate project status and high-priority changes or support requests to stakeholders and management • Perform periodic security reviews and collaborate with IT Security and Operations on automation security controls • Ensure regulatory compliance for data use and information access, including protection of PHI under HIPAA • Support organizational culture, workflow, and technical quality standards • Use, protect, and disclose PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards • Comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures • Limit PHI viewing to the minimum necessary for assigned duties • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 3 years of experience using UiPath RPA automation development tools • Experience working with customer support/client issue resolution management • Strong understanding of working with data in SQL • Solid understanding of workflow design principles • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities • Strong organizational skills • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and escalate priority issues to the team lead • Knowledge of troubleshooting potential issues and database operations best practices • Ability to manage multiple complex and high-priority projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels • Strong problem-solving and creative skills, sound judgment, and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses • High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • Gracious and welcoming personality for customer service interaction • Availability to work outside normal business hours as needed • Smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes • Ability to follow directions, collaborate with others, handle stress, and perform the stated physical duties
