📋 Description

• Manage the initial deployment lifecycle of the Medable Solution from project kick-off through go-live and system localization • Collaborate with solution design teams to understand trial-specific requirements • Manage project scope, timelines, financial oversight, timecards, and budget adherence • Ensure System Specifications align with clinical trial protocols and schedules of assessments • Develop adaptive project plans incorporating evolving client needs and trial requirements • Implement change management practices and integrate change requests • Educate clients and internal teams on software capabilities, customization options, and integration best practices • Provide oversight for projects requiring system enhancements or modifications • Realign project deliverables when requirements or priorities shift • Translate client requirements into functional software solutions • Develop and execute detailed project plans covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Support software implementation through coordinated planning and execution • Build and maintain client relationships through transparent communication • Serve as primary contact for project updates, issue resolution, and ongoing support • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Create guidance materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the Study Conduct team • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clinical trial experts • Facilitate communication to meet complex client and regulatory expectations • Analyze project outcomes to identify methodological refinements and process improvements • Drive organizational enhancement through data-driven recommendations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of related education and experience • Proven experience managing full lifecycle software implementation projects • Experience supporting solution design and delivery tailored to specific client requirements • Advanced proficiency in change management • Ability to handle complex change requests and coordinate cross-functional teams • Extensive experience supporting in-flight projects requiring adaptive approaches or enhanced oversight • Comprehensive understanding of eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments), ePRO, EDC, and DCT • Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management processes and regulatory compliance frameworks • Exceptional project management capabilities • Ability to support development of detailed, strategic project plans • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously • Ability to maintain high-quality standards under dynamic conditions • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats • Technical aptitude and ability to rapidly learn diverse software tools • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification • Flexible travel schedule, including potential domestic and international travel
