📋 Description

• Manage a caseload aligned with areas of interest • Conduct clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions • Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions • Provide environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings • Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology to promote independence • Maintain compliance with current legislation and NDIS guidelines • Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team • Deliver flexible community, mobile, and telehealth occupational therapy services

🎯 Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow • Genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area
