📋 Description
• Manage a caseload and deliver timely, impactful therapy services across home, school, and community settings • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals and deliver interventions that improve quality of life • Work alongside allied health professionals to provide holistic care • Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to junior clinicians when applicable • Ensure all services meet current NDIS requirements and standards
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Speech Pathology • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset • Genuine passion for the disability sector • Strong organisational skills • Ability to work independently within the community • Current Australian Driver’s License • Access to a reliable vehicle
