📋 Description

• Review, manage, and process all incoming and outgoing invoices on time for a defined customer group • Independently handle customer-specific questions • Ensure reliable and efficient implementation of billing processes • Develop pragmatic solutions with colleagues from procurement, accounting, and agency teams • Ensure smooth workflows • Actively optimize existing processes and contribute own ideas • Prepare regular evaluations, reports, and ad-hoc analyses • Support well-founded business decisions • Take responsibility for the commercial handling of customer projects • Collaborate closely with media, finance, and agency teams

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in billing, accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable • Experience in an agency, media company, or comparable environment is advantageous • Knowledge of DML is advantageous but not required • Strong affinity for numbers • Structured and analytical working style • Careful and reliable work ethic • Ability to maintain an overview of complex issues • German communication skills at C1 level • English communication skills at B2 level • Service orientation and enjoyment of working with diverse contacts • Interest in business contexts, digital business models, and the media and communications industry is welcome
