• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting in-depth consultations to understand their needs, workflows, and employee health management objectives • Develop and deploy strategies tailored to each client’s requirements • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and propose customized solutions within budget and timeline constraints • Complete requirements gathering and scope creation for in-scope workflows • Configure the application according to requirements • Direct analysts during employee health software setup and configuration • Provide configuration guidance and oversight aligned with client needs and industry best practices • Sign off on configuration and workflow validation • Provide client training and support • Conduct workshops, webinars, and on-site training sessions • Build collaborative client relationships and act as a trusted advisor • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies • Improve deployment processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • Proven experience in consulting, project management, or software deployment, preferably in the employee health or healthcare industry • Strong leadership skills with experience leading and motivating teams • Exceptional consulting and communication skills • Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and translate them into actionable deployment strategies • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple client deployments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of employee health programs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices is mandatory • Ability to travel to client sites as needed
