âą Provide first-level support to Australian healthcare clients using our Patient Management System (PMS) âą Respond to client queries via phone, email, and remote sessions âą Assist users with system navigation and workflows âą Troubleshoot basic technical and product issues âą Escalate complex issues to senior team members âą Document issues clearly and accurately âą Maintain accurate support notes âą Contribute to internal knowledge base articles âą Continuously build product and technical knowledge
