📋 Description

• Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline and convert opportunities into new MedNext customers and MWBS service engagements • Manage inbound enquiries with disciplined follow-up • Run discovery calls and product demos (training provided) • Qualify opportunities and progress deals through structured sales stages • Prepare proposals and coordinate scope/pricing discussions • Close new business and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams • Drive cross-sell and upsell conversations across existing accounts • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates • Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities early • Support junior sales team members (as applicable) • Collaborate with Product, CX, and Delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of work experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles • Strong spoken and written English • Confidence engaging decision-makers such as Practice Managers, clinic owners, and senior clinicians • Excellent follow-up discipline and organisation • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Willing to be accountable for targets and outcomes • Experience selling SaaS, healthcare software, or professional services (highly desirable) • Exposure to Australian or international customers (highly desirable) • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive (highly desirable)
