• Own and manage sales pipeline and targets • Drive deals end-to-end (discovery → demo → close) • Help build a repeatable and disciplined sales process • Work closely with founders to improve lead quality
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years experience in B2B sales or growth roles • Proven ability to manage and close deals • Strong communication and presentation skills • Highly self-driven and accountable • SaaS or healthcare industry exposure (highly valuable)
