• Deliver speech pathology therapy via telehealth • Work with neurodivergent clients approximately 5–21 years of age • Provide strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred clinical care • Improve clients' participation, communication and quality of life • Build meaningful relationships with clients and families • Manage a diverse caseload while developing areas of clinical interest • Work independently and collaboratively within a supportive clinical team • Contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality clinical care
• At least 2 years of clinical experience • Passion for working with neurodivergent children, adolescents and young adults • Strong commitment to strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming practice • Confidence delivering therapy via telehealth or interest in developing telehealth skills • Person-centred approach focused on improving participation, communication and quality of life • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and families • Motivation, professionalism and ability to work independently within a supportive team
