• Manage a portfolio of suppliers and serve as the main point of contact between suppliers, Corporate QA, and Shanghai Office QA • Monitor supplier QMS maintenance through vigilance audits, focusing on P&PC and quality control • Support and drive suppliers in creating master process validation plans and monitoring execution • Coordinate and manage non-conformities with stakeholders and suppliers • Direct and collaborate with supplier representatives on quality issues, complaints, rejections, and findings • Ensure timely CAPA and SCAR corrective-action implementation and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs • Follow up on supplier CAPA resulting from QSR and social accountability audits • Track supplier capacity and purchased volumes • Establish and maintain supplier ratings and execute improvement programs • Coordinate supplier change requests from initiation through completion and assess impacts on product quality and QMS • Transfer QA/QC knowledge from QE to SQE after supplier approval for mass production • Transfer development-to-production documents, hold pre-production meetings, align inspection attributes, and train quality-control and production personnel • Identify and implement improvements to supplier quality engineering and supplier quality management programs • Work with QC/QA to optimize product inspection criteria using LEAN principles • Support and coach junior members • Manage complex projects supporting internal and external quality improvement requests • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or supplier quality manager
