📋 Description

• Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms for buyers to drive purchases and engagement • Build interactive challenges and reward systems across the buyer ecosystem, including promotions, task achievement systems, and virtual points • Develop innovative systems and features for mobile and web applications • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies and deliver enjoyable experiences • Develop features for Whatnot's US and European markets as part of the Games & Buyer Ecosystem Team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of development experience in mobile, web, or backend service • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience • Proven track record of delivering user-facing features • Experience shipping products and features quickly • Excellent product instincts, prioritizing users over technical solutions • Good written and verbal English communication skills without relying on translation apps • Experience building E-commerce products (bonus) • Experience shipping end-to-end features including UI and service (bonus) • Must be legally authorized to work in China
