📋 Description

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair Affera™ systems at customer sites • Perform technical fault analyses and deliver sustainable, customer-focused solutions • Support product launches, system upgrades, and technical training • Work closely with international Technical Support, Sales, and Product teams • Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements • Build long-term, trusted customer relationships through excellent technical service • Document all service activities in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or technical qualification in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field • Experience in technical service, ideally involving medical devices or complex high-tech systems • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work • Strong customer focus, initiative, and communication skills • Excellent German skills and good written and spoken English • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory • Full measles immunization is a prerequisite for the position • Knowledge of IT, networks, or software integration is an advantage
