• Plan training programs in collaboration with the Sales Director and other teams to train customers • Provide customers with technical support related to CAS products and procedures • Support the Sales and Marketing teams during presentations and the launch of new products and therapies • Report all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics • Collect and report all customer feedback, product-related issues, and legal matters, as well as customer complaints concerning product-related events • Complete all administrative tasks, including providing regular activity reports to the Sales Director • Work in France and, occasionally, Western Europe, with 80–100% travel
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy • Experience in the medical device industry, including in a hospital operating room environment, is a plus • English language skills preferred • Willingness to travel 80–100% of the time
