• Coordinate multi‑therapy capital sales processes to shorten cycle times and improve funnel conversion • Support account targeting, upgrade pathways, and portfolio expansion initiatives across Hard Tissue Capital • Partner with commercial teams to optimize territory planning and capital deployment strategies • Provide structured program oversight to ensure consistent execution of capital sales activities • Collaborate with market development teams to align capital placement with downstream utilization goals • Track and report progress against capital revenue objectives and strategic milestones
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales, program management, or commercial operations • Strong understanding of multi‑therapy sales environments, cross-selling ideally within medical technology • Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and coordinate cross‑functional execution • Proficiency in sales funnel management and forecasting tools • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to travel as required to support commercial teams.
