📋 Description
• Deliver education and training on Medtronic Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery technology • Support laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops • Assess efficiency and safety levels of trainees • Understand surgical equipment and supporting digital infrastructure • Collaborate with Sales and Clinical teams, Medical Affairs, and surgical proctors • Develop expertise in RAS System Technology and training methodologies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • +5 years of experience in training, field sales, or clinical roles in the medical device or healthcare industry • Fluency in Portuguese and English • Medical device experience with Laparoscopic and/or Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies • Proven experience and/or training mindset • High capacity and excellent problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel 75% of your time
