📋 Description
• deliver education and training on Medtronic Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies • progress and support new hires enrolled in the training program • collaborate with MedEd, Digital Education, Marketing, and sales leaders • create and deliver impactful workshops and hands-on training to external audiences • monitor market dynamics and competitor activities
🎯 Requirements
• bachelor’s degree • +5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical role in the medical device or healthcare industry • medical device experience with Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies • clinical and/or operating room experience • experience training • fluency in English and Polish • excellent problem-solving skills
