📋 Description

• Lead the technical planning and execution of global in-person, virtual, and hybrid events • Manage audio, video, lighting, live streaming, webcast, broadcast, and hybrid event platforms • Oversee relationships with external production companies, event technology providers, venues, agencies, and vendors • Design and manage signal routing, technical workflows, and production operations across complex event environments • Coordinate event logistics and technical planning, including show flow development, venue assessments, staffing assignments, transportation, and production schedules • Organise and support video production and broadcast activities • Identify and evaluate emerging event technologies and production best practices • Provide technical guidance to internal teams, vendors, and event staff • Maintain event production equipment, inventory, and operational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of experience in audiovisual support, event production, technical event operations, information technology support, or a related technical environment • Experience supporting external vendors, stakeholders and large-scale events and conferences with expertise in audiovisual, video production, live streaming, webcast, hybrid, or broadcast technologies • Experience supporting live, hybrid, virtual, webcast, streaming, or broadcast event technologies • Experience troubleshooting audiovisual systems, production technologies, and technical event environments • Ability to travel approximately 60%–70%, including international travel as required • Fluency in German or French • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Experience evaluating and implementing emerging event technologies and production solutions
