📋 Description

• Define, refine, and execute MEDvidi’s long-term AI-first product vision and strategy • Lead, coach, and manage the full product and engineering organisation across Core Track and AI Clinic Track • Oversee PM, Engineering, Design, Data, and PMM functions • Set and maintain a high bar for product quality and execution speed • Facilitate quarterly strategy and OKR planning at the executive level • Resolve cross-functional blockers through direct day-to-day engagement with teams • Identify opportunities through direct engagement with teams • Continuously improve product and engineering culture and processes • Collaborate with department heads and the CEO on company-level initiatives • Report directly to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management • At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple product teams • Experience leading cross-functional organisations including design, data, and/or engineering • Proven track record of growing existing products and building new products from 0 to 1 • Hands-on experience building AI-first products • Practical knowledge of RAG systems, Agentic AI, and AI Evals • Ability to build an AI product prototype independently, without involving engineering • Experience with behavioural design • Executive-level communication skills • Experience driving company-level strategy and quarterly OKR planning • Data-driven mindset using a segment → root cause → fix approach • Structured problem solving using issue trees, hypothesis trees, or equivalent frameworks • Culture fit: ownership, focus, radical transparency, evidence-based decisions • Advanced English (C1+) • Fluent Russian
