📋 Description

• Build websites and new service and landing pages from concept through publication • Implement information architecture, copy, images, forms, internal linking, and publishing • Continuously develop the website and decide which pages should be added, consolidated, or redirected via 301 • Monitor indexing and canonical tags • Expand regional location pages with distinctive, useful content • Research, write, and publish blog posts and page copy • Explain storage sizing, self-consumption rate, degree of energy independence, and financial viability in an accessible way • Refocus existing content on self-consumption, energy storage, and heating • Research keywords and search intent, and analyze SERPs • Optimize titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, and alt text • Build topic clusters and clear internal linking structures • Evaluate rankings, competitors, and crawl audits, and implement action plans • Maintain the content plan and contribute original topics • Improve Core Web Vitals based on field data • Optimize image formats, loading priorities, render-blocking scripts, web fonts, and plugins • Use AI tools systematically for research, structuring, and first drafts • Verify figures and legal information against primary sources • Create assets in accordance with brand and design guidelines • Brief external web developers and conversion consultants, track tasks, and approve deliverables • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on WordPress experience, including building pages independently from start to finish • Ability to publish copy without an editorial review cycle • Practical on-page SEO experience and confidence using SEO tools • Experience with Sistrix, Semrush, Ahrefs, or SE Ranking; hands-on experience with SE Ranking • Strong technical judgment when interpreting performance and crawl data • Methodical use of AI, with a commitment to citing sources and checking facts • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or a comparable design tool • Ability to prioritize and implement tasks independently • HTML and CSS skills at debugging level (a plus) • Regular hands-on experience with Search Console and GA4 (a plus) • Experience with session recording tools such as Microsoft Clarity (a plus) • Knowledge of structured data in JSON-LD (a plus) • Local SEO and Google Business Profile experience (a plus) • Ability to assess visibility in AI-generated answers objectively (a plus) • Industry knowledge in energy or building services engineering is not required
