📋 Description

• Guide customers on their journey toward SuccessFactors, including assessment, roadmap, Employee Central, EC Payroll, and Time • Advise, support, and optimize existing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM landscapes for customers • Analyze and solve complex payroll and time-management issues • Design and implement processes together with HR specialist departments • Lead projects and subprojects according to strengths and interests • Acquire new projects and customers as part of pre-sales and sales activities • Work closely with HR and HR-IT colleagues in cross-functional teams • Take ownership as part of the crew and actively help shape meHRsalz • Travel approximately once per month to company or customer locations and crew meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, EC Payroll, and Time, and/or SAP HCM • Career changers explicitly welcome, including candidates with operational system experience • Subject-matter depth in at least one area: Payroll, time management, personnel administration, or organizational management • Ability to work with people, listen, ask questions, and explain complex topics clearly • Curiosity, confident demeanor, sense of responsibility, and customer orientation • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills advantageous • Willingness to travel approximately once per month to company, customer, or crew locations • Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Recruiting (SmartRecruiters) desirable • Agile mindset and experience with agile project methods desirable • Valid SuccessFactors certification in one module desirable
