📋 Description

• Manage customer projects in the process industry with a focus on PP-PI • Support all project phases, including conception, design, customizing, proof of concept, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA rollout • Further develop Nagarro's Fit4Life Science Best Practices Template • Implement SAP standards at customers in greenfield projects • Analyze customer situations and design strategies and complex process solutions • Develop future processes, associated organizations, and underlying systems with customers • Conceptually realize interfaces to MES subsystems • Analyze customer requirements • Create Functional Specifications and Customizing Specifications in a validated environment • Take over partial project management for smaller customer teams

🎯 Requirements

• Business fluent in German • Fluent in English • Completed university degree and/or several years of relevant professional experience in a consulting or process industry company • Relevant experience as an IT consultant, process owner, process manager, or sub-project manager • Initial experience with S/4HANA and the FIORI user interface • Preferably proficiency in another SAP logistics module, such as PM, QM, SD, MM, WM, or EWM • Ideally experience in the process industry; experience in discrete manufacturing in a PP environment is also desirable • Familiarity with modern project management methods, such as PRINCE2 and SCRUM • Strong self-motivation, persuasiveness, and assertiveness • Solution/process-oriented and analytical thinking • Strong methodological skills • Strong communication and team skills • Convincing presentation
