📋 Description

• Guide new products from ideation through production deployment • Define product requirements and develop and validate hypotheses • Think through user flows with the founders, design interfaces, and iterate on designs • Build initial product versions with coding agents • Gather direct feedback from practices and continuously improve the product • Continuously evolve the platform core • Develop new bounded contexts, clean data models, authentication flows, and integrations • Build scalable architectures for multi-tenancy, security, and growth • Develop tools for the developer platform • Define clear API contracts, clean module boundaries, and reusable SDKs • Develop a consistent design system • Shape the interface between the platform and coding agents • Develop skills, workflows, and standards for reliable AI-assisted software development • Make technical decisions jointly with the founders • Take ownership of quality, maintainability, and long-term scalability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience • Very strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL • Experience taking products from ideation through production deployment • Experience with APIs, domain modeling, authentication, and scalable architectures • Experience using coding agents as part of your daily workflow • Understanding of the standards, documentation, and contracts AI requires for reliable software development • Comfortable working across both product development and platform engineering • Structured, self-directed approach with strong execution skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to challenge existing solutions • Good German language skills • Willingness to work closely with practice teams
