meinphysio+ is a physiotherapy service located in Berlin, offering a range of therapeutic treatments including manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, and osteopathy. The clinic focuses on providing personalized care to address individual health needs, helping patients recover and maintain their physical well-being through modern techniques and preventive measures.

📋 Description

• Product development: You take new products from concept to production. • Define product requirements, develop and validate hypotheses. • Work through flows with the founders, design interfaces, and iterate on designs. • Build first versions using coding agents. • Gather direct feedback from our clinics and continuously improve. • Platform & architecture: You continuously evolve the core of our platform. • Introduce new bounded contexts, clean data modeling, auth flows, and integrations. • You develop scalable architectures for multi-tenancy, security, and growth. • Developer platform: You build the tools used to create products. • Clear API contracts, clean module boundaries, reusable SDKs. • A design system that makes new applications look consistent out of the box. • AI-native engineering: You design the interface between our platform and coding agents. • You develop skills, workflows, and standards so AI can reliably develop software. • You define how "Vibe Coding" works at meinphysio+. • Architecture & Product: You make technical decisions together with the founders. • You consider architecture, product, and user experience together. • You take responsibility for quality, maintainability, and long-term scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering. • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. • You have taken products from concept to production. • You think in terms of user problems rather than tickets. • Experience with APIs, domain modeling, authentication, and scalable architectures. • Coding agents are a natural part of your daily workflow. • You understand which standards, documentation, and contracts AI needs to reliably develop software. • You are comfortable operating between product development and platform engineering. • You work in a structured, self-directed way with a strong bias for execution. • You challenge existing solutions and think entrepreneurially. • You have good German skills and enjoy working closely with our clinic teams. • Professional experience matters. Even more important is your drive — you don't wait for requirements; you build solutions.
