📋 Description

• Act as the right hand to the CEO and execute company strategy across business areas • Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals • Prepare presentations, reports, briefing documents, KPI tracking, and performance updates • Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities • Support fundraising through pitch materials, investor outreach, and partner relationship management • Streamline workflows and improve operational processes • Handle recruiting at scale with the help of AI • Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the founder • Work with leadership and communicate across engineering, product, and business functions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field from a globally top-tier university • At least 1 year of proven, high-impact professional experience from elite management consultancies, bulge bracket investment banks, Big Tech, leading PE/VC funds, or as an early team member at a venture-backed, hyper-growth startup • Exceptional analytical and communication skills • Track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive-level decision-making • Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance and lead multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines • Track record of working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable impact in scaling and strategy • Ability to excel in high-pressure, performance-driven environments • Strong work ethic, ambition, and persistence • Passion for music, video, or social media
