📋 Description
• Serve as the CEO’s right hand and execute strategy across all areas of the business • Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents while tracking KPIs and compiling performance updates • Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions • Support fundraising by creating pitch materials, organizing investor outreach, and maintaining partner relations • Streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and handle recruiting at scale with the help of AI • Act as a sparring partner for the founder in prioritizing and executing strategic projects across different areas of the business.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or another highly analytical field from a globally top-tier university • At least 1 year of proven, high-impact professional experience from elite management consultancies, bulge‑bracket investment banks, Big Tech, leading PE/VC funds, or as an early team member at venture-backed, hyper-growth startups • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive executive-level decision-making • Highly autonomous: you thrive with minimal guidance and can independently lead and deliver multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines • Proven experience working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable impact in scaling and strategy • Comfortable and effective in high-pressure, performance-driven environments, consistently delivering beyond expectations • Consistently described by colleagues as uncompromisingly hard-working, relentlessly ambitious, and fiercely persistent • Passionate about music, video, or social media.
