📋 Description
• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional STEM tasks • Build workspaces and files • Write prompts • Create grading rubrics based on real STEM work in Spain • Collaborate on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years as a scientist or engineer in research or industry • Native or fluent in Spanish • Degree from a top-20 university in Spain • Comfortable with quantitative analysis, technical documentation, and data-heavy problem solving • Master's or PhD a plus • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
