📋 Description

• Design, manage, and support qualitative and quantitative market research projects • Conduct market analyses, desk research, and competitive analyses • Create questionnaires, interview guides, and research briefings • Analyze and interpret market, customer, and consumer data • Conduct segmentation studies, customer satisfaction analyses, player behavior analyses, product testing, and competitive analyses • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and management summaries • Document research findings • Contribute to the development of reusable research frameworks, databases, and platforms for knowledge sharing across the Group • Support the coordination of international market research projects • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external market research agencies, and international teams • Monitor timelines, quality standards, and agreed project deliverables • Further develop research methods, standards, and templates • Support stakeholder workshops and business development activities, as well as cross-functional knowledge sharing and the application of insights gained

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, statistics, or a comparable field • 3–6 years of professional experience in market research, consumer or customer insights, competitive intelligence, business analytics, or strategic research • Experience conducting and supporting market research projects • Experience analyzing data and deriving actionable recommendations from insights • Strong analytical skills • Structured problem-solving abilities • Experience working with international markets and cross-functional teams • Very good command of German and English • Knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly online gaming, is an advantage
