📋 Description

• Design, manage, and support qualitative and quantitative market research projects • Conduct market analyses, desk research, and competitive analyses • Create questionnaires, interview guides, and research briefings • Analyze and interpret market, customer, and consumer data • Generate insights in the areas of Market Intelligence, Customer & Consumer Intelligence, and Product Intelligence • Conduct segmentation studies, customer satisfaction analyses, player behavior analyses, product testing, and competitive analyses • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and management summaries • Document research findings • Contribute to reusable research frameworks, databases, and platforms • Support and coordinate international market research projects • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external market research agencies, and international teams • Monitor timelines, quality standards, and agreed project deliverables • Further develop research methods, standards, and templates • Support stakeholder workshops, business development activities, and cross-functional knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a comparable field • 3–6 years of professional experience in market research, Consumer or Customer Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Business Analytics, or strategic research • Experience conducting and supporting market research projects • Experience analyzing data and deriving actionable recommendations • Strong analytical skills • Structured problem-solving skills • Experience working with international markets and cross-functional teams • Very good command of German and English • Knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly online gaming, is an advantage
