📋 Description

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region through direct sales activities and distributor performance management • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers in academic institutions, biotechnology companies, and pharmaceutical organizations • Manage relationships with regional distribution partners to ensure effective market coverage and revenue growth • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to researchers, lab managers, and procurement decision-makers • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close • Collaborate with distributors on joint customer visits, events, and promotional activities • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, lab directors, and procurement decision-makers • Work closely with Marketing, Field Applications, Technical Support, and Operations teams to ensure customer success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or related field required • Five to seven years of successful sales experience in the life sciences industry • Supervisory experience • Experience managing distribution partners or channel sales relationships • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets • Background selling both capital equipment and consumable products • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and expand existing accounts • Strong understanding of life sciences research workflows and applications • Familiarity with immunoassays, biomarker analysis, or related technologies (preferred) • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences • Strong business acumen with ability to develop strategic account plans • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
