📋 Description

• Strategically allocate budgets across all Google channels • Optimize low-performing campaigns, such as underperforming PMax or Demand Gen campaigns • Lead agile sprints and coordinate the Google squad to achieve CAC targets • Develop and prepare the strategic SEA funnel initiatives for upcoming quarters • Manage collaboration with the Brand Squad to maximize the use of high-end video assets (VSLs) for YouTube campaigns • Manage the combination of highly efficient branded traffic and profitable scaling of generic Search and Shopping campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing or SEA, with responsibility for Google Ads budgets • Experience leading teams with short decision-making and feedback cycles • Weekly performance reporting and ongoing data-driven reprioritization • Strong data-driven mindset • Confident working with real-time data, attribution models, and cohort analytics • Strong strategic skills in orchestrating complex Search and Shopping funnels • German at least at C1 level • English at B2 level or above • Scrum/Kanban experience is a plus, but not required
