📋 Description

• Profitably scale new customer acquisition across all performance channels • Transform the team into a highly efficient, cross-functional unit • Report directly to the CRO • Own efficient new customer acquisition through established channels and expand influencer marketing • Further develop and calibrate attribution models • Oversee tracking technology to enable precise budget allocation • Manage a diverse team and provide functional leadership to the Team Leads • Develop and implement sales psychology approaches such as Video Sales Letters and quiz funnels • Establish a systematic process for image and video assets as well as ad copy • Work closely with Retention and CRM • Align new customer acquisition with the company’s long-term success

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience profitably scaling new customer acquisition channels, particularly Meta and Google, with monthly budgets of at least five figures • Deep understanding of tracking architecture and attribution logic, including server-side tracking • Hands-on experience designing and testing direct-response formats such as quiz funnels, Video Sales Letters, and advertorials—ideally for an audience aged 45+ • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams of at least 10 people • Strong D2C background, ideally in health, nutrition, or a related consumer goods segment • Fluency in German and English • Strong hands-on mentality • Highly reliable internal communicator and approachable point of contact • Willingness to work remotely anywhere in Germany or in a hybrid setup in Berlin
