📋 Description

• Independently execute defined operational support processes across all projects • Centrally manage recurring project tasks, including obtaining and following up on metering concept approvals for each project and grid operator • Coordinate standardized communication and alignment with grid operators, service providers, and internal teams • Take end-to-end responsibility for task packages, from request and processing through handover to project management • Maintain and update project-related documentation and systems • Organize documentation, maintain status updates, and monitor deadlines and responses • Ensure completeness, quality, and adherence to deadlines • Act as the go-to person for assigned topics • Standardize and continuously improve processes • Work closely with project managers and maintain and optimize interfaces • No responsibility for managing overall projects or end-to-end project ownership; the focus is on operational excellence within clearly defined tasks • metergrid develops tenant electricity solutions, billing software, and hardware solutions for clean, locally generated PV power in multifamily and commercial properties, supporting the energy transition.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in project-related or operational roles (e.g., project assistance, operations, PM support, back office, or technical coordination) • Confident using digital tools (e.g., CRM, ticketing, or project management systems) • Very good written and spoken German • Willingness to work with clearly defined tasks, established processes, and recurring activities • Reliable, accurate, and thorough working style • Team-oriented and communicative approach with a hands-on mentality • Independent and structured working style • Consistently high quality, including when performing routine tasks • A university degree is not required; the way you work matters more than your formal title.
