📋 Description

• Develop architectural projects in Revit across different stages (preliminary study, design development, and construction documentation), ensuring deadlines, quality, and cost-effectiveness • Review client requests regarding the conditions and materials required to perform the services • Manage project revisions and verify compatibility among project disciplines • Develop technical feasibility studies for the analysis and approval of process costs • Analyze and validate completed surveys and site measurements • Coordinate the architectural design with other disciplines • Support the construction, permitting, finance, and other teams to ensure project and system updates and control

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit is required • Experience with retail construction documentation (preferred) • Knowledge of collaborative project development tools, such as ACC (preferred)
