📋 Description

• Review and ensure the accuracy of checklists and internal control documents • Ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements • Order operating supplies and materials for the site • Review invoices and oversee cost control • Conduct returnable packaging inventories and process internal-use requirements • Process damage and theft reports, as well as criminal complaints • Support communication between internal employees, managers, and central points of contact • Organize and administer the day-to-day operations of the wholesale market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or administrative vocational training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade management assistant, retail management assistant, or office management assistant) • Experience in organization and administration within a commercial environment • Proficiency in MS Office • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Structured and methodical approach to work • Strong sense of responsibility
