📋 Description

• Keep daily operations running smoothly across residential and commercial properties • Partner with property managers to make sure leasing, maintenance, and tenant communications are on point • Spot inefficiencies and make processes faster, better, and cheaper • Prepare professional, investor-ready reports each month/quarter/year • Handle accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and cash flow • Create investor update packets with KPIs and portfolio performance summaries • Manage AppFolio, Yardi, or similar platforms for accurate, compliant reporting • Ensure data stays clean, organized, and ready for decision-making • Maintain contracts, compliance files, and operational documentation • Oversee vendor relationships and hold them to agreed standards • Support leadership with scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in real estate operations, property management, or investment operations • Tools: QuickBooks (or similar), AppFolio, Yardi, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace • Skills: Data analysis, KPI reporting, and clear professional communication in English • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership • Nice-to-Haves: Experience with US property portfolios • Familiarity with investor CRMs and reporting tools • CapEx or renovation project management experience • Comfort with AI and automation for efficiency gains
