📋 Description

• Support assigned TYREPLUS franchisees to develop their business and profitability • Ensure sustainability and satisfaction of assigned franchisees through business plans • Create and follow action plans covering audits, communication, training, and business plans • Ensure POS compliance with TYREPLUS standards and Retail SOP • Support implementation and appropriation of MARS in all POS • Act as the main liaison between franchisees and franchisor • Implement TYREPLUS manuals and franchise work instructions • Establish yearly business plans covering product and service volumes and turnover • Follow up on business-plan performance and propose corrective actions • Define annual training plans and support commercial and technical staff training • Check POS standards during every visit and improve audit scores • Establish communication and publicity investment plans • Follow up on action-plan gaps and propose corrective actions • Submit visit, business activity, and other required reports • Resolve MARS tickets and ensure correct SOP workflow • Implement TYREPLUS promotions and promote products, services, and referential suppliers • Analyze franchisees’ coverage zones and support CRM implementation • Ensure resolution of customer complaints • Share best practices among franchisees • Manage Franchise Regional Meetings • Ensure timely collection of franchise royalty fees and understand franchisees’ ambitions, succession plans, competitor information, pricing, products, services, and environmental issues
