📋 Description

• As an after-sales technician for Miele, you are not only the repairer of our high-quality household appliances at customers' premises, but above all you represent our company to customers through your qualifications and interpersonal skills. • You upload your work orders to your laptop daily and carry out service calls independently in your region. • As an expert, you answer customer questions competently and advise them on the use of our appliances. • In addition, you prepare on-site quotations for replacement appliances.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an electrical installer (monteur électricien) or equivalent knowledge in a related trade • Swiss CFC (Federal VET Diploma) as basic training in the electrical field or a related discipline • Experience in refrigeration is an advantage • Independent working style and a strong sense of responsibility • Open, empathetic and enjoy daily contact with customers • Good computer skills • Enjoy driving and hold a category B driving licence • OIBT 15 training is an advantage • French as your native language • You live in the Neuchâtel / Yverdon region
