📋 Description

• As an after-sales technician for Miele, you are not only responsible for repairing our high-quality household appliances at customers' premises, but you also represent our company to clients through your qualifications and interpersonal skills. • You upload your work orders daily on your laptop and carry out assignments independently within your region. • As an expert, you answer customer questions competently and advise them on the correct use of our appliances. • In addition, you prepare on-site quotations for replacement appliances.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an electrical installer/electrician or equivalent skills in a related trade • Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the electrical field or a related discipline • Experience in refrigeration/cooling is an advantage • Independence and a strong sense of responsibility • Open, empathetic and enjoy daily customer contact • Good computer skills • Enjoy driving and hold a category B driving licence • OIBT 15 training is advantageous • Native French speaker • Resident in the Lausanne / Yverdon region
