📋 Description

• Support and maintain the HRIS (UKG) • Serve as a technical point of contact for HR and payroll • Research and resolve HRIS problems, unexpected results, and process flaws • Perform scheduled HRIS activities and recommend solutions or alternate methods • Recommend process and customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and variations from established policy • Assist with third-party vendors and stakeholders, including payroll and IT • Write, maintain, and support reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools • Assist in developing standard reports for ongoing business needs • Maintain HR system data integrity through queries, audits, and data analysis • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation • Support users on new processes and functionality • Monitor current HRIS trends, product and service development, delivery, support, and emerging technologies • Increase HR and HRIS application/tool knowledge through professional development, product resources, and industry forums

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of HRIS experience or two to four years of HR generalist or specialist experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred • System implementation experience preferred • HRIS experience required; UKG preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred • Ability to work within a globally distributed organization • Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prepare, prioritize, and complete work • Availability for U.S. Pacific Time Zone hours, currently 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM IST
