📋 Description

• Supporting clients in identifying optimization opportunities • Serving as the point of contact for benchmarking topics in strategic and company-wide projects • Strengthening benchmarking expertise and further developing the consulting approach • Supporting the expansion of existing client relationships and client acquisition • Contributing to the content of project proposals and presentations • Developing strategies and solutions for the optimal management of clients’ IT environments • Providing conceptual input on IT benchmarking, IT strategies, and modern IT organization • Supporting IT benchmarking projects from defining objectives through recommendations for action and implementation planning • Presenting project results to CIOs and executive boards • Applying management methodologies such as ITIL and COBIT • Assuming project responsibility in line with qualifications and experience • Monitoring IT trends and further developing consulting products • Identifying and communicating new consulting needs • Traveling to clients to build relationships and attend milestones, interviews, and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business informatics, business administration, economics, or a comparable field • 5+ years of professional experience in strategic or operational IT consulting, or in a comparable in-house IT role • Relevant experience leading or delivering IT benchmarking projects • Certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2 are preferred • Knowledge of IT controlling is a plus • Interest in cross-selling and upselling • Ability to manage change requests reliably and successfully throughout the process • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset • Pragmatic and proactive approach to work • Native-level German proficiency, both written and spoken, is required • Good command of English is an advantage • Willingness to travel to clients for relationship building, key milestones, interviews, and workshops
